Announcements
Patents+TMS is proud to announce its new website — yes, THIS ONE! We hope you are enjoying the site and all of its features. Please feel free to give us any feedback, comments or suggestions as we continue to refine the site. The site was launched on May 1, 2008.
Patents+TMS, P.C. is extremely proud to be celebrating our 10th year in business in May 2008. Patents+TMS was founded by Brian Mattson who began his first day of business and the firm on May 18, 1998. In this month's edition of Patent Letter News which is also available and downloadable on this website, you will see SPECIAL OFFERS for our services in honor of our 10th Anniversary!
Please help us welcome our new summer associate Daniel Chavka who will begin his employment with Patents+TMS in mid-May 2008. Dan's biography and background is available in the MEET section of this website. As always, we encourage our clients to contact us if you have any special projects or assignments that you may find suitable for a summer intern. Dan will be assigned the work, and one of our attorneys will supervise the work. It's a great time to get something organized that you may have put off for too long!
Patents+TMS will be a sponsor of this year's Do-Division Street Fest and Sidewalk Sale on — where else?!!? — Division Street in Chicago between Damen Avenue and Leavitt Street. More information about the Fest is located on the Fest's website at www.do-divisionstreetfest.com. If you attend the Fest, you will see our firm's banners at the event as well as the promotional materials. The Fest is coordinated by the West Town Chamber of Commerce, of which our firm has been a member for many years. Two years ago, we were voted SERVICE PROVIDER MEMBER of the YEAR, as voted by the members of that Chamber!

Patents+TMS offers a flat rate to nationalize a patent or trademark application in the United States. Simply provide an English translation and include any drawings. Then, complete a data sheet and formal documents and submit the documents to us online or by telefax. It's that easy.
